At Keystone Trailhead Co. LLC<\/strong>, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or customized specifically for the customer, return eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unused, non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Made-to-Order T-Shirts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our graphic T-shirts are produced to order. Because the shirt is made specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Ordering the wrong size<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Changing your mind after production has begun<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Personal preference regarding fit or appearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If we make an error or your shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Personalized & Custom Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Products personalized or created using customer-requested text, photographs, artwork, graphics, or other custom specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund<\/strong> unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in producing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once production of a custom order has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled or changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any requested design details, spelling, names, dates, photographs, sizing, and other customization information before production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Handmade Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Many Keystone Trailhead Co. products are individually handmade. Small variations in color, pattern, placement, texture, or appearance are a natural part of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Return Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Please contact Keystone Trailhead Co. before returning an item<\/strong>. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label without first receiving return instructions from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation. Made-to-order or custom products generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
